Paul Theard has 30 years of food service experience. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, he pursued a music career in Los Angeles. His single “All that I Am” reached the Gavin top 40 chart in Adult Contemporary. He was Sous Chef for Creole Chef Restaurants in Los Angeles and now with Flavor Factory, he specializes in authentic cuisines including Thai, Tex-Mex, Texas Barbecue, Southern, Creole Cajun and Fusion.
Norm Theard has 25 years of food service experience. After attending the University of Texas at Austin, he moved to Los Angeles where he finished his restaurant career as Executive Chef for Creole Chef Restaurants. Prior to that he was Executive Chef for Sheraton Hotels and Resorts. He founded Flavor Factory retail food consulting in 2011.
